Christmas Traditions

Christmas is all about traditions – the smell of baking, who gets to lick the mixing spoon, the meetings the Airport, Pints on Christmas Eve, the visits and get-togethers or even the Spiced Beef Sandwiches! One way or another, cooking and baking is a huge part of the traditional Irish Christmas.

One thing which has become traditional in a lot of households over the last few years is the Daisy Cottage Farm Mince Pies. Made to Lorraine Aspill’s tried and tested recipe, they are always a big hit once they are available each November!
