Daisy Cottage Farm at “A Taste of Christmas with Edward Hayden” at the Dolmen Hotel, Carlow

We did not have far to go last night to attend the cookery demonstration with our good friend Edward Hayden at the Dolmen Hotel in Carlow. There were loads of great tips for the Christmas cooking ahead and the chance to meet some other small producers – We really enjoyed it!

We were there with our full range including:

• Pear and Almond Tart
• Rocky Road
• Brown Bread
• Our famous Daisy Cottage Farm Mince Pies
